劉俊國(guó),南方科技大學(xué)講席教授,環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),奧地利國(guó)際應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)分析學(xué)會(huì)資深客座研究員,北京生態(tài)修復(fù)學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)。國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者,科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才。享受國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼,入選英國(guó)皇家地理學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士、英國(guó)皇家氣象學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士。曾獲教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃、深圳市“鵬城學(xué)者”特聘教授、深圳市國(guó)家級(jí)領(lǐng)軍人才、深圳市海外高層次專業(yè)人才、深圳市南山區(qū)領(lǐng)航人才。

 

劉俊國(guó)教授長(zhǎng)期從事水資源和全球變化、生態(tài)修復(fù)方面的科研和教學(xué)工作,在水資源時(shí)空演變、水質(zhì)性缺水評(píng)價(jià)、全球環(huán)境變化和生態(tài)修復(fù)等方面取得了系統(tǒng)性創(chuàng)新成果。在《自然》、《科學(xué)》、《美國(guó)科學(xué)院院報(bào)》、《自然-氣候變化》、《自然-可持續(xù)性》、《自然-通訊》等國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物發(fā)表論文168篇,其中SCI收錄138篇。以第一作者出版專著3部,譯著1部。所發(fā)文章被引用7877余次(Google Scholar)。發(fā)表Science論文1篇(共同通訊作者),PNAS論文3篇(第一、通訊作者和共同作者),Nature論文1篇(共同作者),Nature子刊論文6篇;其中12篇論文入選全球ESI高被引論文。2018年當(dāng)選為聯(lián)合國(guó)政府間氣候變化專門委員會(huì)(IPCC)第六次氣候變化評(píng)估報(bào)告領(lǐng)銜作者,為“水資源”章節(jié)中國(guó)唯一作者。劉俊國(guó)教授創(chuàng)建了中國(guó)首個(gè)聚焦生態(tài)修復(fù)的省部級(jí)一級(jí)學(xué)會(huì)-北京生態(tài)修復(fù)學(xué)會(huì),并擔(dān)任首任和第二任理事長(zhǎng);創(chuàng)建了北京科協(xié)系統(tǒng)首個(gè)學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合體-北京生態(tài)修復(fù)與環(huán)境保護(hù)聯(lián)合體,并擔(dān)任首任主席;是國(guó)際水足跡研究聯(lián)盟的聯(lián)合發(fā)起人。兼任聯(lián)合國(guó)最佳水資源實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)技術(shù)咨詢委員會(huì)委員、聯(lián)合國(guó)政府間氣候變化專門委員會(huì)(IPCC)第六次評(píng)估報(bào)告(AR6)主要作者、國(guó)際水文科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)中國(guó)委員會(huì)副主席、國(guó)際水文科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)十年科學(xué)計(jì)劃主要負(fù)責(zé)人、國(guó)際水文科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)Panta Rhei 計(jì)劃中國(guó)工作委員會(huì)副主席、中國(guó)自然資源學(xué)會(huì)資源生態(tài)研究專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)地理學(xué)會(huì)水文地理專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任、中國(guó)科協(xié)海智計(jì)劃專家、北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)常委等職。曾擔(dān)任第9屆國(guó)際生態(tài)服務(wù)伙伴關(guān)系年會(huì)主席、首屆/第二屆“水文知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展中國(guó)家實(shí)踐”國(guó)際會(huì)議共同主席、國(guó)際SCI刊物Hydrology and Earth System SciencesJournal of Water and Climate Change的Editor。

 

2009年獲歐洲地球科學(xué)聯(lián)合會(huì)“杰出青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)”,為全球首位榮獲此獎(jiǎng)的水文學(xué)家和華人科學(xué)家。2010年入選“教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才”。2011年獲ProSPER.Net-Scopus青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)及生物多樣性與自然資源管理領(lǐng)域當(dāng)年全球唯一冠軍。2012年獲中國(guó)科學(xué)報(bào)社第三屆“青年科學(xué)之星”環(huán)境領(lǐng)域當(dāng)年唯一金獎(jiǎng)。2014年榮獲“北京五四青年獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆薄?016年榮獲國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金資助,為南方科技大學(xué)自主培養(yǎng)的首位“杰青”。2017年榮獲國(guó)際恢復(fù)生態(tài)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)“技術(shù)傳播獎(jiǎng)”,為當(dāng)年全球唯一獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)呒霸摢?jiǎng)項(xiàng)成立以來(lái)首位獲獎(jiǎng)的中國(guó)科學(xué)家。2018年獲教育部高等學(xué)??茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng) -“青年科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”、北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),并入選英國(guó)皇家地理學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士。2019年獲中國(guó)青年科技獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)務(wù)院特殊津貼,入選英國(guó)皇家氣象學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士。
